Frederiksberg 3/12 2024. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a tart citric scent. Peach and mango. Touch of fermentation. Citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Not exactly s legendary creature - but a decent Indian Pale Ale.
