Nelson John is our newest Hazy Session IPA. Filled with the Idaho-7 Cryo hop variety in the kettle followed by a massive dry hop with Mosaic & Citra, along with Nelson Sauvin playing first fiddle! The malt composition on this one is super light and light to really let the hops shine. Expect flavors of gooseberry, lime, sour tropical fruit and a hint of sticky malt sweetness.

Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a small White head. Stable. Settles as paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe exotic fruit mingling with tart citrus fruit. Peach and ripe green grapes. Tart currants and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
A dry and Well-balanced dish.
