This is our newest Berliner Weisse, with our biggest fruit addition yet!
This one was conditioned on heaps of blackcurrant & raspberry, along with a gentle addition of English Licorice.

Copenhagen 9/7 2024. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Red, burgundy and white can with an intricate pattern of squared and triangles.
Pours murky dark burgundy with a small pink-ish head. Surprisingly stable. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with an odor of sweet berries barely hiding a tart sour scent. Currants, strawberry and raspberry. Tart gooseberries and citrus.
Light carbonation Thin, oily, lively and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is bit thin and sour. Lingers shortly. Finish is watery.
A fine nose but a bit thin in flavor.
