Mink is a Modern West Coast Session IPA, named after the North Danish slang for drinking beers very quickly - to "mink" some beers. That's because this is a very, very easy drinking, crispy and dry Session IPA. Hopped with Ekuanot, Citra, Simcoe & Idaho 7, Mink has abundant grapefruit, melon, orange and pine notes in both aroma and taste, and finished deliciously dry and bitter. A perfect summer beer!

Frederiksberg 17/9 2024. 40 cl at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque unclear yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the Beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit with a touch of fermentation. Sharp citrus fruit. Peach and mango. Grapefruit and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balances by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. A bit thin. Lingers for a bit. Finish is quite dry.
Bitter yet refreshing.
