Copenhagen 20/9 2024. 44 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Yellow can with a drawing of a huge hairy fly.
Pours opaque, golden ywllokwwith a big white head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit and sweet citrus fruit. Lighter tart notes. Sweet peach, apricot and blood orange. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sourish streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry with a searing touch.
Not a bad Hairy Fly.
