Copenhagen 28/2 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Illums, Kbh. K. Pink can which can both be a naked lady and the face of a Dadaistic fellow.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit mingling with tangerine, lemon and tart citrus. Zesty.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Zesty refreshing piece of work.
