Italian-inspired pilsner with elegant hop and floral notes. Softer, lighter and with lower bitterness than our Neu Pilsner. This delicious pilsner carries a lot of elegance and softness. Easy to drink, but still very flavorful!

Copenhagen 25/1 2025. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N, A very Italian can with the name of the beer in green, white and red letters.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malt odor mingling with citric fumes. Sweet plan malts, bread and a bit of sweet peach. Citrus and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture. On the verge of being fizzy.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter but rather thin. Lingers shortly. Finish is thin.
Does resemble a Italian Lager Beer. Good and bad.
