Annus Mirabilis is a Double IPA in the New England-style. It is hopped with Amarillo, Ekuanot and Simcoe, which provides abundant orange and citrus notes to both aroma and flavor. Juicy, fruity and citrusy. Big, pillowy body and fruity sweetness, balanced by fresh and vibrant hoppiness.
Cheers to a great 2021 - an Annus Mirabilis!

Copenhagen 29/5 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Orange can with a drawing f a green Skull skewed by a handful of knives.
Pours opaque hazy, golden orange with a big white head. Stable. Settles uneven, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruits mingling with sweet and tart citrus fruits. Peach and mango, Blood orange, grapefruit and lemon. Zesty.
Low carbonation. medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by stronger citric bitterness, Aftertaste is bitter with sweet fruity undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Quite the zesty citrus bomb.
