Our popular Good Morning, Vietnam is a stout brewed with lactose and Vietnamese coffee - luscious and smooth flavor with notes of coffee, chocolate, vanilla and roasted malts.
Our newest batch has some slight adjustments recipe and process wise, creating our best batch ever. Smoother texture, bolder coffee profile and more balanced than ever.

Copenhagen 27/10 2019. 44 cl can from Meny, Gymnasievej, Køge. Drawing of a golden Hen standing on one leg atop a Demon head on the can.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer and a rim along the side of the glass.
Aroma is intense and balanced between sugary sweetness and a coffee bitterness. Brown sugar, caramel, lactose, molasses. Leather and Tobacco. Bitter coffee with hints of dark chocolate.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, Soft, smooth, creamy texture. A little sticky.
Flavor has a strong sweetness followed and balanced by medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a notable bitter undertone dominating the finish.
Rich and quite well-balanced Milk Stout with a good ABV punch.
