New England IPA, Hopped and Dry-Hopped with Mosaic, Idaho-7 , Mosaic Cryo & Idaho-7 Cryo!
Our popular New England IPA CAN returns, this time with improved recipe even more, by adding an additin of Cryo hops! You get a much more bright aromatic hop character, of orange, pineapple and a touch of dankness. The yeast plays in with the more stone fruit and a slight residual sweetness.
This is almost a Bad Seed classic by now, and we hope you will give it a warm welcome back!

Copenhagen 6/12 2019. 44 cl can from Køl Beer Web-shop. Can is for some reason made to look like a can of green beans.
Pours murky orange with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium-intense, sweetly fruity with strong citric notes. Sweet papaya and mango. Hints of lightly sour gooseberries. Acerbic notes grape fruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Soft, creamy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a soft, sweet undercurrent. Light acidic burn. Lingering.
Nice fairly bitter NEIPA.
