This is a collaboration with our good friends from Fumo, a Sourdough Pizza Restaurant in Aalborg. We teamed up to make the perfect beer for pizza, and the end result is this 5.8% banger of a New England IPA. Brewed with leftover sourdough from the restaurant, and a single Margarita Pizza! It features a delicious hop combo of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Waimea & Idaho-7 Cryo!

Copenhagen 6/9 2025. 44 cl can from Mad & Vn, Magasin, Kbh. K. Pink can with Death riding a red scooter.
Pours hazy opaque yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,2 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor ofvruipe stone fruits singing with zesty citrus fruit. Sweet peach and pineapple. Grapefruit and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Fresh but forgettable NEIPA.
