Copenhagen 11/7 2019. 50 cl from draft at Kompasset Ølbar.
Pours milky, hazy, dark orange with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, citric and fruity. Sweet peach and melon mingling with more aggressive citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, lively yet soft texture.
Flavor is pretty intense. Medium sweet followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while.
Perfect for a Summer day. Refreshing with a more aggressive bitter bite.
