Tierra is a coffee stout brewed in collaboration with our good friend Thor from Tierra Kaffe. A mellow stout base lets the medium-roasted single-origin coffees from Asman Gayo Mill, Sumatra and Pedro Gómez Luna, Mexico shine in all their complexity.
Brewed with the goal of showcasing the qualities and complexities of the coffee, this is a coffee lover's dream beer!

Copenhagen 4/5 2026. 44 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Green can with what looks like the logo from an international crime syndicate in silver.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and malty roasted odor mingling with a notable earthy scent. Caramel and toffee. Burnt white bread. Leather and black coffee. A little bit bitter and sharp.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong coffee bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Sharp and bitter Coffee Stout I can enjoy with my associates at the Evil Crime Syndicate.
