Inspired by classic English brewers, we're bringing you our take on a more modernized English oatmeal stout. We've really pushed the boundaries with this one, utilizing over 40% of oats in the grist, layering the oat flavors with flaked, torrified and golden naked oats! We fermented this with a very famous Southern English ale strain, that we had cultivated specifically for our most recent English inspired ales. The result is a silky smooth and massively oat-flavored stout, with accents of dark chocolate, cold brew coffee, currants & dark fruits.
