Weihnachtsbock is a strong pale bock brewed for the festive season. Inspired by the lager producers of Franconia, we have brewed a strong & hoppy bock to get you in the Christmas mood. To give this bock a Bad Seed touch, we have used a lot more hops than you traditionally would, but all classic noble varieties, including Saaz, Tettnang & Hallertau Mittelfrüh! Expect a pale bock with a rich bready malt flavor, balanced by a high bitterness and layered hop flavors of black pepper, elderflower, lemon zest and herbal notes.
