Introducing Akuma - our new West Coast pilsner.
The base for this beer is a crisp & clean German pilsner, with a hot side hop combo of Tettnang & Mosaic Dynaboost, and a dry hop with Mosaic Cryo & Nelson Sauvin. You can expect a bright & dank modern pilsner, with notes of blueberry kush, bright tropical notes of white grapes & guava, and a touch of spicy Tettnang hops on the back end. This is a real springtime crusher - and proves why West Coast pilsner is our new favorite beer style
