This Czech-inspired pilsner was brewed with ingredients first bred in Czechia but grown elsewhere. We used Crisp Haná Heritage pilsner malt that was grown and malted in the UK but was originally bred in the Hana valley of Czechia; the original pilsner malt. Saaz is the quintessential Czech hop, and the Michigan grown Saaz that we used has all the familiar herbal and floral notes but with an added lemon zest note. Na zdraví!

Crystal clear yellow-gold with a tall and dense white foam head.
Grassy allium with hints of citrus peel season a clean, lighter body that comes to a semi-dry finish with a delicately toasted cornbread exhale.
