Called Tmavé Pivo in Czechia, this is a luxurious lager brewed with Floor-Malted Bohemian base malts, Bohemian specialty malts and a hint of cherry wood smoked malt.

Not quite on the level as U Fleku's flagship beer, but it's close. Seems this one has an extra bite to it in contrast with the Prague brewery.

Coffee black with a creamy khaki head of moderate height (or much, much more, in our case).

The old lady wanted a mlíko pour, which only half worked out, but I was gladder for it because the beer was so good. This liquid bread delivered really pleasantly toasty and roasty malts with a little tobacco and herbal leaves in the bone dry finish. With time it perhaps even emulated a little chicory coffee!
