Freshly tapped at the source. Clear golden straw color, white head, scattered lacing. Nose is citrusy, piney, dank and green. Taste follows and finishes like a proper CA WCIPA. My preferred go to brewery, when in Nola, since '21. Staff were stoked to tell me this was just tapped as I walked in (11/21/24). Then I was stoked, it's my favorite! Fresh and tasty AF!
