This is the big one! Like its sister-beer Disorientation, Quadruplication is brewed to honor the age-old traditions of the Trappist monks. Darker malts and dark candi sugar are used to craft a full bodied ale with a deep chestnut color. As this beer warms up, it grows in flavor complexity- each sip offers a new experience. Hints of caramel, plum, grape, and licorice can be noted in different stages of its journey.

Big 750ml bottle
Ruby-red, very dark tho. Smells like dark fruit and old dry leaves. Very, very sweet. Perfect for aging, I'd bet. Fresh, it tastes like like if you bit into a plum and tasted dark licorice. Here's the thing, it's good, but big and sweet and chewy
Not my thing

Had on tap. Dark chestnut brown appearance, only a ring of tan foam. Aromas of plum, fig, candi sugar, caramel, belgian yeast, and grape like booze. Taste open up, especially as it warms, with all of the flavors from the aroma plus some chocolate, licorice, and the smooth malts. Nice boozy bite near the end, otherwise feel is smooth and medium weight. Nice quad!

Pours a hazy mahogany colour. Smells like earthy grains, slightly sweet, caramel, and not very aromatic. Tastes slightly sweet, toasted grains, caramel notes, slightly spicy, and a nice little boozy bite.
