Tap pour at the brewery, with a posted 5.7% ABV. Correct spelling is 'Cocoa for Coconut'.
Black colored body. Light tan colored head. Leaves behind sheets of lacing.
Light aroma of roasted chocolate malts. Coconut nose arises as the beer warms.
Taste is sweet, with a mix of chocolate malts and definite coconut. All continue in the aftertaste.
Medium and creamy mouth feel. Good carbonation.
Proper level of sweetness, and the real taste of coconut is an added treat.

Had on tap. Black body with mocha foam. Coconut can be so fickle, so believe me when I say they nailed it with this one. In taste the coconut is full and rises out of a sweet cocoa, vanilla, and lactose mixture to complete the sweet treat of a beer. Smell is even more rewarding where the coconut, cocoa, vanilla, and creamy lactose all are powerfully enjoyable. Perfect when in the mood for a coconut pastry stout
