This Czech Dark Lager was brewed as the commemorative beer for the Craft Brewers Conference being hosted in Minneapolis May 2-5. The recipe was created to celebrate Minnesota’s strong history and tradition in brewing and craft beer. Full flavors of baked bread and chocolate with Kazbek hops contributing classic noble spice and slight fruitiness all brought together with a clean lager fermentation.
