Went here last fall with a couple friends and before that in June '24 with my son. Both visits there weren't too many people there. The service was quick and friendly and a large number of taps + a cooler with other beers, probably 50% sours for sale. No food for sale but food trucks on site but both times there, Different food trucks were open. Food was good. Had a decent vibe and a decent selection, though mostly IPAs and sours or variations. They brew some really good beers and others that are just so-so. The second time we were there you could smell the wort. Overall good place. Depending on traffic I can get there in 30 minutes to an hour.

My wife and I stopped here to try their beers. The brewery is located in a pole barn-style building on a busy street in an industrial neighborhood. There is plenty of parking. The taproom has painted walls but not much else. There are only a few tables/chairs but an attached heated greenhouse-like structure has plenty of seating. An open patio has even more seating and a fire pit. Some arcade games help fill the space in the taproom. The bar has some seating, and ordering of beer is done at the bar. I liked the vibe here. They weren't busy so the beers that we ordered were served quickly.
There were 18 beers of a variety of styles (5 IPAs) on tap plus guest offerings of two ciders, a hop water and a non-alcoholic root beer. We ordered a sampler flight of 6 beers in an attempt at arriving at an overall evaluation of their offerings. All of them were brewed well to style, although none of them stood out enough to be mentioned here. Our rating evaluation ended up with a 3.96 overall.
There is no food served by the brewery but food trucks are open per a schedule on the brewery's website. It looks like at least one is open every day. Beer in cans is available in a cooler to go. The brewery is dog friendly inside and outside. There are moments of loud noise here because the location is in a take-off/landing path just to the west of the brewery.

Checked out Level 3 in Buckman Kerns (NE on Sandy). Relatively spacious indoor space with a bar, plenty of tables and seating, merch area and along 1 wall are a bunch of arcade and pinball machines.
Outside is nearly the same amount of space with a ton of seating and 2 food trucks.
Quality and selection both actually exceeded my expectations. Having a quality milk stout (on nitro) and a porter on, in a city overloaded with lagers and IPAs (both of which they also have solid examples of as well), definitely wins points with me.
Service at the bar was excellent.
Very enjoyable visit. Will ad to the Portland visit rotation.

Small brewery in an industrial area on the north side of Portland, near the airport. Curve service bar perpendicular to the entrance separates the brewhouse from the tasting room. A few tables and counter seating inside, and a patio outside opposite the bar. 18 beers on tap, and a variety of single cans to go. Friendly bartender. 4 permanent food truck, 2 were open while I was there; nice middle-eastern food.

We went to the Level 1 taproom on NE 148th at Airport (there are two others not listed here). The place is in a modern light industrial area near the airport. It is nice with a light industrial feel inside but a very nice semi-covered patio area outside.
Beer range is not big abut they have cask ales, a big plus. Beer was very good.
Service was friendly.

Stopped here on our way into Portland. Setting is a pole barn type structure, small taproom area with an attached, covered beer garden. Not much design here, just space for drinking and merch with a good looka t the brewing operation.

ive been wanting to check this place out forever and finally made it in, what a cool spot they have! thats even in awful wet wintery weather, in the summer i bet this place is all time! i have been a fan of their beer in limited exposure, but was impressed with all facets of this place when we visited last week. they have a tiny inside space, just a handful of seats in front of a big bar area with all the brewing equipment behind it, some pinball and arcade games, a cooler of to go beer, and sort of an unremarkable decor otherwise, but its the outdoor and partially outdoor spaces that are especially sweet. out front there is a fully covered and heated greenhouse type area, set up like a beer hall, super warm on a chilly day, packed with people on a week night, and hosting a charity bingo thing for a dog adoption place, neat vibes in here, absolutely popping off, a great place to chill, and this is where we hung out. on the other side of the brewery though is a really neat fully outdoor space that kind of feels like a garden, i could see this rocking with live music and people enjoying nicer weather, these two areas increase their capacity enormously, which seems needed, the huge parking lot was almost full when we pulled up, this place crushes! also cool is that they have three more or less full time food trucks to pick from, an oyster one, a mexican one, and a pita one when we were there, and the food we ate was excellent, nice touch in a very food truck heavy city. the service was proficient, the vibe was great, and the beer was fantastic. i was in love with a rye brown ale, stoked on a rather bold rice lager, and thought their pils was good too. less amazing were their sour saison and their hoppy hoppy joy joy hazy, but they have a real good thing going. lots of beers on tap too, something for every palate. i was stoked to get some bottles of funky stuff to take home too, didnt know they did that sort of thing. anyway. this place is rad, a great family and dog friendly hang outside, i hope to go back in the summer when the back area is happening. really great brewery visit!

Outside of downtown, in a non-descript semi-industrial part of town, to the NE, almost on the Columbia River. The tap house is a Spartan, small, polished dark concrete, type of establishment. The draw is the beer and ambiance wise, through the side doorway into a sizable, translucent white fiberglass panel covered and side paneled, solarium type of seating area with quite a few tables. Out behind, are the food trucks. Their beer is certainly above average and in September, there were several fresh hop beers on tap. They have many of their beers available in cans, to bring home, as well.

Reading the review by @John_M, I could almost copy it for me. But here's my similar take, noentheless:
Level is a little hole in the wall tasting room if it weren't for the patio (which is covered and has space heaters in cooler months, apparently). The patio had community seating in the form of picnic tables and looked as if it could hold a decent sized crowd if needed. Order area was a moderately short bar and you could stand and drink a beer there or at a few high tops inside if the outside weren't enticing enough. Given the theme of the brewery, the presence of a few video games was unsurprising. For food, there were three food trucks outside (not sure if they rotate or not).
I'd like to dig deeper into the beer quality on a subsequent trip, but of the flights I shared, the beers seemed at least in the solid range. The approximately 15 taps leaned heavily on IPAs, thought there were a few darker offerings and a couple lighter ones. A cooler to the side of the bar offered up somewhere around 6-8 selections to go. The bartender was in good cheer and helpful to us and other patrons. It's just a little out of the way, but the quick nature of our stop and the decent quality of the beer will likely lead to a revisit and updated review.

The venue is great and the staff has been wonderful. The outside area has expanded, and they even have an offleash dog area for the furry friends. The back bar has been a nice addition to address overcrowding in the main area. The covered greenhouse is great for the winter time or the hot days. The beer quality continues to improve over the past year, and they are definitely stepping up their game.

Level Beer is located kind of out in the boondocks, roughly 5 or 6 miles due East of PDX airport. The brewery appeared to be located in some sort of multipurpose building (several other vendors located in the same building), with the taproom located to the left, with a good size enclosed patio immediately adjacent. The patio are is really good size and is probably the best and most distinctive aspect of Level Beer, and was a great place to hang out with a beer on a warm summertime afternoon in late July. The taproom itself is a no frills affair, with a moderate sized bar (no chairs though), and an area to order/pick up drinks, crowlers and can orders (I think they can 5 or 6 different beers here). The day I visited, I think they had roughly 15 different beers on tap, with the menu dominated by hazy DIPA/IPA's and APA's. I got a taster tray of 6 beers, and my favorite was the "game on" APA and a fruit infused Belgian golden/strong ale. Everything else was decent, but with no real standouts I thought.
I stood at the bar and enjoyed my tasting tray, and so briefly chatted up the friendly bartender. She seemed pretty knowledgeable, both about Level beers and the local beer scene (we chatted briefly about the recent Bailey's anniversary event, where of course Geoff, one of the owners, still works).
All and all, I had a pretty nice time at Level, and could see myself going back if it was bit closer to home or where I work. As it's not, however, I probably won't, but Level beers seem to see pretty good distribution around town now, and so I can see myself grabbing a 4 pack of game on every now again. I would also add that the label artwork is pretty amusing, some of which poke fun at the current president (stable genius, little Donnie and rocket surgery for example).
