Simple all wood interior with sleek metalwork contrasts, bar is very large and central focus, though giant tv over the bar was distracting. Only 6 beers to choose from, however the ones we had were well done. Bartender was all along but crushed it, pours were clean, he was super attentive and had that skill of knowing when to converse and when to leave alone. Food was not available as there was a food truck coming later in the day. Solid neighborhood stop, but don't need to make a special trip

Rustic, freestanding brick and wood frame building that has probably had a few past lives. U-shaped bar perpendicular to the entrance seats about 20 with a dozen or so tables about the room. Only 6 beers on tap when I visited, the All Nighter was solid. Friendly bartender. I didn't try the food.

My wife and I stopped in at Helton while in Phoenix earlier this week for a couple beers. They had 8 beers on tap when we visited. I had the All Nighter IPA, which was quite good, and the Valley Venom Pilsner which was crisp and a bit grainy with a nice balance of hops and bitterness. My wife had the boysenberry sour which was bright and tasty. Good stuff all around!

Space is cool and industrial with a big horseshoe bar and funky eclectic decorations. Brewhouse and canning line are all visible from the taproom, which I always like. We visited on a slow afternoon and so service was quick and friendly.

Helton Brewing is an awesome stop for anybody in Phoenix, and it's not too far from the airport as a first or last stop in town. The beer is legit, the food is good, and although the metal/hard rock vibe isn't quite my scene, it was both my first and last stop in Phoenix. Got some cans to go, and I really loved the Outlaw Cerveza. Perfect for a hot Phoenix summer day. Definitely will be back.

Nice selection here of beers you can't always find elsewhere - so it's a nice variety. They have a boysenberry sour that is a regular offering, for example. Nice vibe, with lots of locals and excellent service.

Very cool place with a neat, rustic aesthetic (you can probably say that about a lot of breweries these days, but this place ramps up the rustic theme a few notches). Beer list was pretty limited the day we were there, with only 10 beers on tap, but what we tried was good. I had their NE IPA, my girlfriend had the Sake Gose, which was very interesting! Food menu has a nice, culinary appeal. There’s a secondary area with pool tables, shuffleboard and giant Jenga. We were here during lunch on a Wednesday, which was very mellow. I can see this place being very lively on weekends.

Visited with Da Boss earlier today for lunch and a brew or two.

Vibe was pretty cool. Spacious main dining/imbibing area with a game room off to the right and some tables outside.

Quality of the beer was good. Enjoyed the NEIPA and Pale. Da Boss enjoyed her Pils so much that she had two.

Service was good and prompt. Server offered a recommendation on the Pale which was good.

Selection was roughly 10 Helton beers and 3 guest taps.

Food was OK, just a la carte. Sandwiches that we had were good but a little pricey.

Overall a solid place, would go there again.

Large sign on the road makes this easy to find. A stand alone building where the bar and kitchen is on the left, and a big game room on the right. The brewery operation are in a seperate room off the bar. The wooden bar is U shaped and can seat about 15. The bright yellow metal chairs are a bit uncomfortable, but that was my only complaint. There were 8 beers on draft, and the few I had were very good. Service was very friendly and prompt. Kitchen is off the bar, but I did not have any food.
