Fabulous, super hoppy lager. Hazy, mandarine scented, dry & herbal with moderate carbonation and a tart finish. Great modern interpretation of a German classic.

Pours a bright golden color with a huge, fluffy white head.
Smell is pleasantly aromatic, full of garden herbs, fresh squeezed lime and toffee accompanied hay. Develops a very nice interplay between old world copper, grain and lusciously sweet oranges.
Has a light, slightly fizzy but very refreshing and well balanced mouthfeel.
Tastes of aqua, toffee, hay and a light mineral quality. Atop of this settle fruity hops, which clash with the subtle, calm malts, creating a late, balancing dryness.
I like this a lot, it does remind me more of a well made pale ale than a lager to be honest.
