Pours a slightly clouded pale golden color with a froth, huge, stable head.
Smells of fresh cut limes, lighter passion fruit and well pronounced leaves. Got a nice layer of skunky weed and lighter rye underneath, creating a truly inviting nose.
Has a light, well carbonated body, with a surprisingly creamy mouthfeel, resulting in a truly refreshing beer.
Tastes of dried herbs, oats and soft wheat among subtle toffee and white bread dough. Has a lighter, slightly sparkly middle part with more dough and lighter hops. Finishes with a note of passion fruit and lemon zest among crackers, a note of wheat and some honey.
Great Pils with a nice Pale Ale twist to it, featuring a fruity hoppiness which blends very well into the overall dryness of this.

This is like a really good pils with lashings of lovely fresh/real hops. I'm conflicted here: the hops overpower, it's like there's a beautifully balanced pils going on in the background but I'm not getting it cause of the hops in my face. I dunno. But I reckon I'll be trying it again a couple of times.
