12 ounce can, dating is smudged on it so I can't tell what the canning date is for sure. Big thanks to Brutaltruth for this one! Served in a Teku-like glass, the beer pours a slightly hazy dark gold color with not quite an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like candi sugar, grainy malt, coriander, bubblegum and some orange. For the most part I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some peppery spice and clove flavors. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's coating and has a moderate amount of carbonation. Easy enough to drink. I thought this was an enjoyable brew, hope to visit the brewery the next time I'm in Lexington!

Best beer Pivot has going in my opinion. Nice Belgian flavors come out.

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This nice blond pours a luminous amber
blonde color with a decent head of white foam that settles to a thick ring,
thin dusty layer, and show some very nice lacing. Nose of light grains, light
breaded malts, subtle bubblegum, and candy sugars. Flavors surpass the
nose with candy sugars, banana, clove, bubblegum, honey, white pepper
notes, and lightly spicy hops. Very nice mouth feel; medium light body,
smooth, medium light carbonation, and finishing moderately sweet and
nicely balanced with the hops.
Overall----more than solid for a first new brewery to me from KY!
Cheers

Aroma has notes of apricot.
subtle bitterness in the finish.
Medium body with moderate carbonation.
