Served from crowler into pint glass.
Pours a frothy cream colored head, color is very dark, completely opaque. Aroma of rich roasted malt, chocolate, coffee. Mouthfeel is medium to heavy with a dry finish. Flavors of strong, dark malt, noticeable bitterness, and lingering dry salt in the taste. Overall: first oyster Stout I have tried, so I don't have anything to compare it against, but it did taste very good.
