No reviews below read yet, blind-tasted.
L- Pale gold, clear, lively rising CO2 into a 2Cm white fine-bubble head. Holds up well, leaves lacing down the glass.
S- Mild grain and to the dryer side.
T- Grains, some unspecific yet notable richness and a minor hoppy-dry lick comes right in the finish (and quite unusually on my throat, vs my palate).
F- Unmemorable, but I don't think that's it's aim. Good carbonation. Lacks specific aspects to give it a recognisable character.
O- I could see this a beach-side refresher on a hot day. When all you want is an unoffensive thirst-slaker. I bought this in... IIRC a Waitrose in the UK? I suspect it's the rice in it that gives it richer note - hmmm. I'm unsure why a Brit would be a repeat buyer of this => Why a major UK supermarket would dedicate shelf-space to it. It's drinkable, but I've no reason to buy it again.
The listing above states ABV% 5.4%, but this (imported from Spain) bottle says 4.8% 660ml bottle BB: 07/06/2024

330 ml bottle. Pours golden with white head. Aroma is of hay and some sweet malt. Body is light and slightly crisp. Taste is of light hops and some grain sweetness. Finish is medium and medicinal. Terrible.

Bought at a Bar in Langreo (Asturias, Spain). 0,33 l bottle poured into a glass.

-Pale looking colour. Foam disappears quickly.
-Rough smell. Good
-Good taste. Classical Pilsener. Bitter but not too much.
-Good after feel. It isn't very heavy.
-Carbonation clearly seen and felt.

I like it. For being a Spanish beer, good.

11 Agosto 2015. From Carrefour. Lata. Playing Magic 2015. Better than the typical spanish macro lagers. Its flavor is soft and seems balanced. Could be an option beer for guests. Avg 2.68

7 Marzo 2020. De Carrefour. Botella. En copa Teku. En almuerzo, con sopa de arroz + san jacobos. Agradable lager industrial. Sin notas desentonantes. Pasa desapercibida durante la comida
