From a bottle purchased at the brewery.
Pours a slightly opaque gold color with a fairly dense head.
The toasted malt flavor is backed up with a pleasant 37 IBU bitterness profile.
A well done Pale Ale.

It’s pretty my high on the IBU bitterness scale so where you big boy pants before having this beer. Although at 5.5% it’s light in alcohol. Body is solid, not really getting too much juiciness/fruitiness in aroma or flavor from the mosaic and Galaxy hops, very heavy on the bitter. If you like old school classic crisp pale ales and IPAs then this is for you. Youngsters be warned.
