On draught at the brewery.
Pours an opaque yellow gold color, with a thin head and slippery lacing.
Toasted Hefe malt, banana/clove along with peppery notes from the yeast. Bactine flavor and mild bitterness. A bit of an antiseptic aftertaste as some Hefes have.
Smooth and easy drinking.

Golden, cloudy appearance of a traditional hefeweizen. Hints of banana and clove, but subtle compared to many. Very smooth beer with a warm heavy wheat feel.
