Color is surprisingly red with a creamy, but vanishing head. Pleasant dry aroma characteristic of the style with a sprinkling of rich, dry coffee. Little coffee flavor, but it’s a nice compliment to the dry, crisp dark bread, cocoa powder flavors. The finish is crumblingly dry and has a pleasant hop sting. Perfect carbonation.
