A beer designed to be easily drinkable, refreshing, and crisp. Not too bitter, not too malty, but just right for a spring or summer afternoon.

L: pours brilliant gold under a thin, lacy white cap with fair retention
S: starts with a faint sulfury almost skunky aroma but it wafts off quickly. There is a hint of corn, bread crumb and light fruit behind the sulfur
T: Light fruit hinting of apple or pear lead the flavors is lightly sweet corn and a trace of toast with a grainy, drying slightly astringent finish
F: medium light body and medium low carbonation
O: a light, easy to drink beer that tastes much better than it smells

Especially delicious...quite a surprise. On-spot traditional flavors. Definitely not particularly sweet. In fact, it's the rich malt flavors that define overall. I would say this is more of a European, rather than American, styled ale. Dangerously drinkable.
