Our flagship IPA, the Rivet is a light, malty beer, with generous amounts of Apollo hops, and crisp Orange/Citrus hoppy taste. The short and mildly bitter finish will urge you to keep this beer in the front of your mind.

This is on the earthy/gardeny/weedy side of things, with comparatively little fruit and/or resiny pine. It’s good in terms of construction. It’s kind of interestingly unique, and the finish and feel is good, if not great. Pretty substantial body, with a little bit of welcome bite on the finish. In the larger crowded world of ipas, where to put it? It’s worth a shot if you’re in the vicinity.

L: pours gold with a slight haze under a white to ecru cap with a fine bead and good retention
S: Resiny dank aromas lead with a healthy dose of citrus, a trace of onion and some light biscuit and alcohol
T: Citrus starts the flavors supported by fruit, biscuit, traces of grapefruit and a lactose-like flavor that suggest light pie crust
F: The body and carbonation are medium
O: This big drinkable IPA has just a hint of NE IPA character that softens it just a hair and makes it eminently drinkable
