As the name implies, SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) recipes consist of one base malt and one hop variety, which can be used for multiple additions. Of course, there is water and yeast, but SMSHSYaSW just doesn’t have the same ring to it. This SMaSH is our base of 2-Row from Rahr and the Azacca hop, named for the Haitian god of agriculture. Azacca is a hop big in citrus and tropical fruit tones.
