Purchased 11/9/20. Opened 5/4/20. 750ml bomber purchased at the taproom.
Poured a tan 1" head diminishing to never-ending frothy ring with very dark brown body. Aroma is a mix of malts and rye. The flavor is fabulous with well-balanced rye, then milk chocolate, bit of vanilla, moderate roast. Rye is clearly present, as is alcohol, but everything seems so well proportioned. Feel is creamy and smooth.
I was really impressed. Love the people at Alloy and their beers. This is a new high.
