Presentation: Draft, served in an IKEA GODIS glass.
Appearance: The bright white, half finger head goes away fairly quickly and leaves behind a lot of patchy lacing. It's a very hazy, bright straw color.
Smell: It's a rich, tropical fruit aroma of pineapple, grapefruit and orange.
Taste: It has a bold, fruity, hoppy flavor profile that's full of rich, citrusy, mouth watering pineapple and grapefruit flavors. There's a slight bitterness in the aftertaste towards the edges of the palate but it's subdued and very manageable.
Mouthfeel: It strikes a very good balanced between being smooth and creamy but also keeping keeping things light, crisp and refreshing. There's a strong-ish, medium-high carbonation bite.
Overall: A very well made beer that tastes great and has and interesting flavor profile yet it doesn't rely on a super high ABV (this clocks in at just 4%) or any gimmicks. It's refreshing to see stuff like this show up on the local Puerto Rican beer scene.
