500 mL Bottle. ABV 7.5%.
Appearance: Light orange, One finger of off white frothy head, Soft carbonation, Decent retention.
Aroma: Tropical fruit (pineapple), Citrus fruit, Slight sweetness, Smells like Fairweather.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, Quite smooth, Slight prickly carbonation, Slightly creamy, Slightly mouth coating, Soft bitterness on finish, Slightly boozy.
Flavour: There's the vanilla, Tropical fruit (pineapple), Citrus, Juicy, Hop presence (but nowhere near IPA levels), Grapefruit creamsicle (from fruit and milk sugar)?
Overall: Leans much more sour than IPA. The two shouldn't be mixed at all... but here we are. I like the beer... It's just not to style. Fairweather makes enjoyable beers for the most part. That's what this is.
