500 mL Bottle. ABV 6%.
Appearance: Veiled light orange/gold, One finger of frothy off-white head, Slight retention, Low carbonation.
Aroma: Tropical fruit (mango, melon), Citrus fruit (orange, lemon), Stone fruit, Slight pine.
Mouthfeel: Under medium body, Under medium carbonation, Smooth (Almost silky).
Flavour: Tropical fruit (mango, melon), Citrus fruit (orange, lemon), Stone fruit, Underplayed hops (though balanced, as they should be), Slight pine.
Overall: According to Fairweather: "Aromatic India Pale Ale with Strata, El Dorado and Simcoe. Profile: Mango, peach, ripe melon". Yes, it's all there and it's enjoyable but it won't knock your socks off. Pretty standard stuff, as usual.
