Appearance: Peach, Under half a finger of off-white head, Low carbonation, Little retention.
Aroma: Citrus fruit (Grapefruit, Slight orange), Tropical fruit (Guava, Papaya), Hops.
Mouthfeel: Under medium body, Tart, Dry, Bitter finish.
Flavour: Tropical fruit (Guava), Citrus fruit (Grapefruit).
Overall: According to Fairweather - "Dry-hopped sour ale with pink grapefruit & guava. Profile: Grapefruit zest, Seville orange, gummies." I really enjoy Dream Pop and adding some tropical fruit makes this a delicious summer beverage.
