473ml can served cold into a pint glass. LCBO purchase. Listed at 5.6% ABV. Pale ale brewed with tea. Canned September 23, 2025.
Appearance - Hazy golden/ honey brown beer with over a finger of foamy white head. Good retention and nice streaky lacing.
Smell - Sweet with hints of lemon, black tea and some floral notes. Very pleasant and welcoming.
Taste - Light and fresh, lemony with some sweet honey notes, mixture of teas and subtle orange at the end. Quite intensely flavorful.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied leaning lighter with crisp and expressive carbonation Smooth finish.
Overall - Better than expected and another highlight from Fairweather.
