Pours a hazy, milky dull peach golden colour with scant half finger of tight bubbly white head.
Aroma smacks you with a vanilla assault - green banana - gives an almost banana creamsicle effect; cereal malt.
The taste has more of the banana, green rather than ripe - again a hit of vanilla with an initial cake like malt sweetness, but finishing with a citrus bitterness and earthy hop note.
Medium mouthfeel - would not have guessed 8.5% - slightly muted carbonation and a bittersweet finish sits briefly.
Good enough but not my favourite from perhaps my favourite Hamilton brewery.

Grabbed a can from a small grocery in Ontario. Relatively thin, foamy white head over a golden egg colored beer. Smells like a perfectly ripe banana, with just a hint of artificial flavoring. Tastes way more pedestrian than expected: sparkling citrus up front that quickly transitions to bland bitterness.
