16 ounce can from the brewery.
Milky, hazy pale golden pour with finger of foamy white head.
Nose has strong notes of peach, pineapple, some pithy citrus, grapefruit and cereal malt.
Taste of gritty pale malt, peach, grapefruit pith, a touch of lemon, and as warmed pineapple - there is some pithy bitterness pushing back on the fruity sweet backbone.
Medium full mouthfeel - creamy and smooth with somewhat modest carbonation and a finishing fruity bittersweetness.

473 ml can served cold into a pint glass. Thanks Chris for this latest Fairweather brew, This was quite fresh. Review from notes. Nectaron hops featured here.
Appearance - Very hazy bright golden colour with some orange hues. A finger plus of white head rests on top and stays a while.
Smell - Some citrus and definitely some stone fruit, getting kind of a mango and apricot mix. Quite inviting.
Taste - More mango and apricot with some grapefruit lurking in the background to prevent an overly sweet beer. There is some bitterness in there, but on the fruitier and sweeter side of DIPA's.
Mouthfeel - Medium-full bodied and the booze is very well hidden. Juicy for sure.
Overall - Pretty excellent DIPA, all the individual components are pretty top notch and while I could certainly do another, it's kind of a special treat in it's own right. Definitely will be on the lookout to see if there is more in stock.
