Had on tap at brewery and brought a single can home. Enjoyed on patio - unfortunately by end got a bit of light struck effect with a skunky hit.
Pours a beautiful clear golden with two plus fingers white bubbly head.
Initial aroma hits with floral and leafy notes, some bread crust, and white wine. As above got light struck and weedy skunk note popped up.
Tastes honey sweet, floral - honeysuckle - a bit grassy, with white wine, grape skin flavours, along with fresh rolls - a somewhat dank and herbal bitterness at the back.
Bright medium mouthfeel with nice carbonation. Reminder to be cautious with beers on the patio in the bright sun…..
