Another Fairweather beer that came to me with a bit of age and then I sat on for a bit longer - this one canned June 6/24 (so just under 2 years old, refrigerated constantly at least)….
Pours a murky, slightly milky dull golden with a finger of fine bubbly white head.
Nose of tropical fruit, citrus, coconut and hints of peach.
Sweet tropical fruit salad, a good hit of coconut on the palate - woody, earthy bitterness at the back that builds and dominates.
Creamy medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation - lingering woody earthy bitterness.
Not bad - age probably a factor, though I am not sure Krush hops have ever been my favourite.
