Single can from brewery in Hamilton - canned December 28, 2025.
Bright clear golden pour with three fingers of dense creamy white head - scattered lacing.
Nose of citrus, lime, some tropical fruit and just a hint of dankness - notes of fresh cut grass, floral.
Sweet citrus, ripe pineapple on the palate - a touch of lime, floral notes and some grapefruit peel bitterness that builds.
Medium mouthfeel with nice carbonation ending with a crisp, dry finish.
This is a really great new age West Coast IPA, and clearly my jam!
