Medium gold color, large head. Aroma is fruity and slightly sweet. Hoppy somewhat malty. Malts somewhat roasted. Nice hoppy flavor, good hop profile, sort of rounded. Crisp and refreshing. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is hoppy, slightly bitter, yet there is some sweetness.

Brilliantly clear, dark golden in color with light amber highlights forming a thin, soft white head atop small bubbles with mild to moderate carbonation. Aroma is enticing with a fruity, sweet, but not overly citric, fresh hop profile with some sweet amber malts playfully arousing the nose. There are some husky caramunich malt notes in there as well. Lacing is decent despite the small head. Mouthfeel is very soft with a medium-light body. Taste begins with a soft, pleasant hop flavor, but quickly gives way to a metallic note that lasts until the finish. The ferment is clean with no noted off-flavors. The toasty, husky malts nicely complement the wet and smooth, lightly bitter finish. Malts and hops are well-balanced, but the mouthfeel is thin. Spritzy and watery in the finish. Infinitely drinkable and very mild, a good all around pale ale...It certainly wouldn't threaten neophites, yet won't displease heartier adventurers.
Imported and domestic two row Vienna, Carastan, Pale and Caramunich malts with a blend of Chinook, Golding, Cascade and Centennial hops.
OG=14.0 Plato, 46 IBU, 5.5% ABV

The beer pours a crystal clear deep amber color, the head is massive, the lace in fine sheets. Malt dominates the nose, slight hints of citrus, clean and fresh. Sweet at the front, the top is flimsy, pleasingly hopped, pleasantly acidic or carbonated if you prefer, the aftertaste malt and long lasting. A drinkable beer, good and well worth a sample.

Copper colour on the light side with a decent off white lace. Some fruitiness, some maltiness and a fine hoppiness make up the aroma.
A beautiful clean bitterness flows into a dry malt flavour with touches of caramel and toasted malt. Long leafy hop after taste. A stellar pale ale, Saxer really knows how to brew one that is for sure.
