Served in a pint glass at the brewery.
Slightly hazy amber gold. Smell is hoppy and strong. Citrus and crisp malt.
The taste is very citrus-heavy and vegetal. Lots of earthy roots. Bitter, with a lingering taste and a hint of rye and/or sourness. Interesting, but not exceptional.
So named because it's brewed with Colombus, Cascade, and Centennial hops. As such, it's a particularly American tasting beer. Wouldn't have another.
