Beer Kitty Kölsch, named after beloved, long-time DC resident cat, Beer Kitty, is the perfect anytime (and every time) beer. This Kölsch style ale is the most popular beer in the DC tasting room going on three years, now offered in cans for at home and on-the-go enjoyment. Beer Kitty Kölsch is super easy drinking, light-bodied and bubbly with a dry, hint-of-hop finish.

Slightly cloudy, straw colored body. One finger of white head, and this becomes a cap with ring. Leaves behind a few scattered spots of lacing.
Aroma of toasted malts and fruity hops.
Taste is malty with fruity hops (apple and peach). Assertive bitterness over the slight sweetness. Quick tail off in the aftertaste.
Medium plus mouth feel. Slight tanginess. Good carbonation.
Good pale ale with a bite and tangy fruitiness.
