San Francisco Beer Week is here! Each year, the five chapters of the Bay Area Brewers' Guild partner with local companies and breweries to create a super local collaboration beer. This year, we're the host for the Silicon Valley Chapter!
We partnered with Brewing with Brothas (East Palo Alto) and ShaKa Brewing (Sunnyvale) to develop this brand new Honey Cold IPA. Using honey from local-based Wings of Nature, and four different hops (CTZ, Sabro, Galaxy, and Zappa), we built a crisp, juicy, and delicious, medium-bodied IPA.
This collab was brewed to raise money for the Brewer's Guild which supports legislation, hosts events all over the Bay, and lots more to make sure your local breweries have the best support.

Mostly clear bronze body with two fingers of cream foam, moderate lacing. Huge piney hops with tropical fruits in the nose. Taste gets the honey going with the malt backbone, hops are pithier, pine city runs the taste with a crushing dankness. Feel is hoppy and bitter yet light and pale, body thins out.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
